Nov 20 - Character: Personal values, integrity. 

Dec 4 - Tolerance: Unconscious bias, empathy and humility. 

Dec 18 - Communication: Active listening, body language. 

Jan 8 - Vision: Growth mindset, personal mission statement. 

Jan 22 - Empowerment: Believe in yourself, have mentors, be a mentor. 

Feb 5 - Persistence: Consistency, discipline. 

Feb 19 - Strategy: Affecting change and achieving goals. 

Mar 5 - Judgment: Humility, moral compass.
